 The subject site required an intricate relationship with the property owner in order to clear up lease and title issues on this former commercial nursery prior to purchase. This relationship with the landowner lead to a successful 32 lot, single-family home project that included 20percent on-site affordable housing.
The homes are approximately 2,200 square feet in size and include four and five bedroom models all with two car garages. Site grading, clean up and design were done in cooperation with the appropriate reviewing Public Agencies. Overall project density is eight units per acre for this approximately
four acre site.
